Since I posted about Dr. Organic’s products a year ago HERE I have found some new, more affordable products sold by none other than Superdrug. Lets face it, who would expect someone on a strict budget to continuously purchase such products when Superdrug is cheap and every bit as good. They are against animal testing and their own brand products are labelled suitable for vegetarians and vegans and also display the leaping bunny logo. They have literally everything you can think of and at Christmas they bring out some nice little sets. I have already bought some hand wash and moisturiser sets for a few of my work colleagues at £2.50 each. They look good quality and don’t break the bank, especially when you have a lot to buy for.
Superdrug deserve credit for going cruelty free, a step that I think other stores should follow. Now that my Dr. Organics products have run out, I have now replaced them all with Superdrug own brand products. Even their ladies shaving foam is cruelty free. Dr. Organics shampoo doesn’t have a product for dry, itchy scalp (I don’t think) but Superdrug has a shampoo similar to ‘Head and Shoulders’ which is also cruelty free (Head and Shoulders isn’t). If you live in the UK I would encourage you to go to Superdrug and just have a look at the products they have to offer. It’s convenient as you have everything in one place.
